I dont think he was expecting the punch to land either and why was Mundine behind the big black fella in the first place and not over with SBW and why did the lot of them just get up as if nothing had happened - classic bad staging :yep:deal
Anyone who thinks that wasn't a fair dinkum punch is a ****wit. I'm not saying that it wasn't perhaps staged, but if the situation was staged i'm pretty sure SBW getting clipped and wearing the wobbly boot wasn't part of the script.
Obviously at any weigh in you are going to get the face off photo and a bit or argy bargy but I cannot see anyone agreeing to have a set up scripted scenario where you are getting hit on the chin by a heavyweight with no gloves The thing that did it for me was seeing Tony Mundine ready to go to war Tony would not have reacted that way if it was a set up. Tilmann would have been in a whole world of trouble if Tony had got near him
The faceoff looked staged to me. But may have just been overplayed a bit by Tillman. Either way, no one was hurt and they'll probably sell more PPVs as a result. It got airplay on the TV news which they'd be pleased about.
Exactly, it's not like Tillman is the bloke Mundine snr. followed into the dunnies at Graham Park at halftime and punched in the guts. Mundine snr's looking more punch drunk than ever in that clip, was following Tillman around like a senior citizen with a guide dog
