What's with the Froch-Andrade on the scene saying it will be the IBF next mandatory, I'm going there to read it. :O

I've read about the proposed fight, but at this point, Andrade is a sitting duck for Froch, unless Carl walks into a big thunderous R hand.
Still think Froch's gonna try to get it on with Steig for the WBO. It's a bigger fight and more bargaining power than the IBF mandate for a Bute fight mid summer.

 

Im not disagreeing at all. Bute won in Canada and financially I bet it made more sense for Berrio to box there than Columbia or America, but Im just guessing with that. Im guessing Bute had a bigger fan base in Canada then Berrio did anywhere else.
But as champ, it is the champ who often stays at home and the challengers come to him. Dirrell hasnt worked his way into it really has he? He didnt fight for a long while and then fights Cunningham.
Point was Dirrell hasnt done anything at SMW and has no big wins, he is just rated on unproven potential, he hasnt done enough to call the shots and expect the champ to travel.
Why should the champ travel for a fighter that hasnt proved himself?
If Dirrell wants to be world champ he should challenge the champ not expect the champ to come to his needs
