It`s all about the tv deal imo,he couldn`t afford to risk losing the purse bid and the fight ending up on sky because he would lose credabilty with channel 5 and who knows if their is an exclusive contract..
I think also that if he did lose the purse bid then vacted he thinks it would look worse then him saying Price as turned down a big offer.Bunce i think is wrong, frank m could offer a huge amount and they would still turn it down because fat mick needs all of Furys fights to be on 5
