If he does then he's truly a *****, Mitchell had nothing but praise for Burns, and in particular the win against Katsidis in the interview.

I seen trainers do this and make you move at least......or even better they move and you go with em keeping range and form etc.

I didnt see no correcting of his hands low, be it inclose or not.....BUT....its just a presser so its all about just tearing it up for the camera's innit.

Must say he looked very fast...though he maybe kicked of with the pads after a wee shadow.
