I actually think Khan would beat him, but Burns would give him a real run for his money. I just don't think Ricky can make Amir come to him enough to land the shots that will win him the fight.

Plus, he just doesn't punch hard enough.... even though his power probably is better than his low KO % would suggest.

 

Billy you come across a bit dim sometimes, luke has just basically said your boy could beat khan. :roll:

Khan beats Burns any day of the week he is far to supperior IMO (No need for call) :good

 

Khan would probably stop Burns in a tough fight. Burns is no pushover for sure but Khan is on a different level IMO.

 

I'd fancy Burns to take this, he would probably entice khans reckless attacks, counterpunch thr crap out if him and he could capitalise on khans flaws on the inside, and I honestly dont think khan has the power to trouble him.

I think Ricky stops khan in the later rounds, or gets a UD

Khan thoughgt Willie in his 13th fight. In rickys 14th fight he lost to Alex Arthur. You cant base your man winning on how Khan beat someone in his 13th fight, people improve. Not knocking Burns at all, I think he is great but Khan has mixed at a better level (arguably) at a bigger weight

 

I think Khan will improve. And I wouldnt say Burns can pose more problems than Peterson

 

Yeah mate i know what your saying but you gotta remember, alot of people have Khan as the winner of the fight, even with point deductions. No disrespect to burns, but he beat a shot Katsidis and Khan has wins over better opposition. IS that enough to do better than Peterson, who has a draw with Ortiz on his resume?

 

Amazing how Katsidis was suddenly shot after the fight, when before it Burns wasnt making it out of the first few rounds

khans frame is too big for burns(yes they're both 5'10, but thats not how it works), this fight will never ever happen, let khan focus on light welter and his supposed move to welter (lol) let ricky focus on lightweight
