Oh no, bernie don't like me:| . . . don't you get it, I do not give a f' about what you think. When I talk to little fanboys who cry over why their boys do not get the respect they deserve I treat them like the little bitches they are. If you don't like It, I do not give a ****. I really do not care if I hurt your feelings because you do not mean **** to me. you and your little *** friend have to man up and stop being a couple of pansies. . . Have a nice day:p

It's not just because of the loss, it's because his style was predicated around that right hand power: jab jab right right. right. jab jab.

Overall when you watch his career he doesn't look particularly mobile in the upper body, fast of foot, fast of hand, or adaptable, he takes his simple strategy to a win. His comp was pretty good as far as not having a bunch of losses, but Tszyu's problem is the same as Darchinyan's: his simple style beats a lot of guys but doesn't scream out oh my god ATG except perhaps the Zab knockout ... ... ... and Zab was winning every second of that fight and looking slick until then. It's easy to imagine Tszyu NOT landing the big punch one night or quiting on his stool.

Prime Whitaker vs. Tszyu probably looks like whitaker-chavez, though Tszyu is slightly more of a long range powerhouse, his slipping is NOWHERE near Chavez' level.

Also, Marquez got jobbed against Norwood. Should have earned some knockdowns, his could have been a slip, Norwood refused to engage.

yeah KT's style was so simple and easy to deal with. Amazing how he's considered one of the best amateurs of all time and whooped Vernon Forrest with such an elementary, easy to deal with style isn't it? JUST. ****ING. AMAZING.

Despite being a hard hitter, Tszyu was a technician... the problem with being a technician & fighting Pernell Whitaker is that you cannot beat him in a technical boxing match.

If Tszyu fights technical, he gets outboxed, if he comes in wreckless looking to bang it out, he gets countered & made to miss for the majority of the fight.

Kosta was a very good fighter & would make a contest of it to a degree but Whitaker was just a level above & was the more talented boxer.

    Whitaker by UD.

Tszyu was better than he's often given credit for here. Still, there's a huge difference between lefties like Zab, Mitchell, and Pernell, perhaps the best southpaw of them all.

Tszyu was a clever fighter who was effective at controlling tempo and range, and especially getting in straight rights against southpaws. But this is Whitaker we are talking about. If Tszyu starts getting that shot in, who doesn't see Whitaker figuring out a way to nullify it? Circling and using angles, which he was great at.

Whitaker was also multi-dimensional. Boxing on the backfoot, using lateral movement, leading, countering, throwing combos (especially to the body) in the pocket, even making it ugly up close and doing some mauling (this was more at WW though).

    Whitaker wins a clear UD.

There is nobody who's ever weighed 140 in the history of the universe who isn't in very serious danger from this version of Kostya Tszyu. Jake the Snake was no joke. This was KT's 14th pro fight.

The fact that you laugh at an amateur career is proof positive that you have no ****ing clue what you're talking about when you're talking about boxing.

What they fail to realize is some of the Greatest have lost to D level fighters yet you never hear ****.

But as soon as Tszyu is mentioned all any hater can do is bring up his loss to Phillips.
Yet never give credit to Phillips himself. Call him a Crack head blah blah.

Its a shame we have such idiotic fans.

Some go on about Tszyu's resume like i said and as he mentioned

    Tszyu fought
16 World Champs or to be Champions.

Aaron Pryor fought a total of 6 World Champs.

    Tszyu's opponents records were combined
    1100 Wins 180 Losses

    Pryors (who fought more fights.

900 Wins 400 Losses (Yes Thats right 400 Losses.

Yet Tszyu is Overrated ****ing Come on now and his 2 credible wins Pryors were against Arguallo and Cervantes which were at there very end of there careers.

Yet cos he lost he still is Overrated my thoughts are this.

He travelled more distance than any World Champ in the history of the sport to fight as we in Australia live furthest away from any of the big countries.

**** most champs over there never travel they never have ever fought a EX Champion in there 4th Pro fight thats another record Tszyu holds.

Yet still his resume is weak. **** off with that **** and the whole reason and come back is because he lost 1 fight to Vince Phillips which fighters do lose.

You wont hear anyone say **** about Chavez losing to Willy Wise
You wont hear much about Lennox losing to Rahman
Juan M Marquez lost to Chris John
**** i could go on fighters do lose sometimes because they have a off night its part of boxing.

Yet i will say this Tszyu is by mostly stupid ass Yankee fans told by them thats he is the most Overrated fighter ever.

Well i can say this i havnt seen to many of late Unify a division
I havnt seen to many fight as many Over half there total fighting career fight World Champions 50% is huge.

And he is the only man in the history of the sport to fight a Ex World Champion in his 4th Pro fight.

Not many have travelled as far to fight or as many for World Title matches.

I dont mind Pernell Whitaker great fighter watched alot of tape on him.

But to say he is a great ambassador for the sport than Tszyu is an insult to our sport also.

Tszyu has 2 boxing gyms for young boxing Champs to be. Gives alot back to the sport was always a Family man never said many bad things about any opponents.

Whitaker was a Cocaine User never has really given back to the sport Yet he is a better All Time Great.

This is whats wrong with our sport.

OMG i dont know what to say to this he held a World Title at 140 for a total period of 9 half Years yet because he couldnt defend due to serious rotator Cuff surgery he is OVERRATED. Ok i cant think of to many Champions that even today have held a Belt for a Total of 9 half years.

There are some ****ing ******ed fans getting around these days thats why the General Forum is not even on the same level as Lounge or even Classic for the matter.

    Tszyu has no chance here.

Whitaker by wide UD. Beating Tszyu up late.
