Will Floyd ask Cotto to train in the US.....

So the Testing will be credible? The Mayweather clan are already hinting they won't allow Pac to train in the Philippines cause PAC owns everybody and could manipulate the testing and it's result. But will Floyd even ask Cotto for an Olympic Style Drug Testing?
