Styles make fights idiot. Kirkland would **** every person Ishida has lost to so whats your point?

And in a rematch if Kirkland doesn't get caught early like the first fight Ishida would be lucky to see the 4th round.

And this is from someone that doesn't think highly of Kirkland and never have and I said it a long time ago he had a chin issue and someone was gonna get to it..... didn't expect it to be someone like Ishida but whatever......

 

Canelo would handle Kirkland convincingly. But those two videos don't prove anything.

 

Unless you knock him out early no one is "handling" Kirkland esp Canelo. He boxes better then Kirkland but Kirkland is faster, hits way harder and would put pressure on Canelo like he's never felt before.

Either Canelo TKO 1/2 or Kirkland TKO 6-9 depending how durable and willing Canlo is to take a beat down.

You don't need to knocout Kirkland to beat him. The man can easily be outboxed. He's a beast, I'll give him that, but technically, he's less than average. Canelo is an all-round superior fighter, and providing he paces himself well and stays away from recieving too many bombs, he'll beat him in a convincing UD. Although saying that, I do have concerns about Canelo's stamina.

 

Styles make fights? dont make me laugh, they're pretty damn similar, both sluggers with a big punch, neither fighter is regarded as a technical master. The main difference is that Canelo's chin ain't made out of wet toilet paper like Kirkland's.

They're gonna trade and Kirkland will get embarrasingly KTFO, again. No point at all in making this fight, really. Even the Mosley fight will be more competitive

 

:rofl I've just finished watching Kirkland-Ishida again, and it reminded me of just how plain bizarre the whole thing was. It was a proper 'what the ****ing is going on here atsch' moment. It was like Kirkland was under a spell, where he could have been fighting a 6-year old girl, and he still would have got knocked out. Ishida's celebrations towards the end and crowd cheering him, was ****ing hilarious, too.

The whole thing just seemed like God was trolling poor Kirkland. Like I said, absolutely bizarre.

 

Well he's never been out boxed before so you cant say anyone would "easily" outbox him.

Canelo hasn't been in with anyone like Kirkland and he wont stop coming and Canelo has not show these great skills against a good fighter yet so until then I'll wait before thinking he can easily outbox one of the best pressure fighters in the game who btw also has one punch KO power...... and is fast(way faster the Canelo).

 

Canelo is a slugger? And he was rocked by Jose Cotto..... His chin has yet to be tested.

Canelo beats Kirkland all day. But that spar proves nothing.

 

Kirkland has serious chin issue early in fights. I never seen him even close to being hurt past the 2nd round of a fight and he fought some decent punchers like Julio, Vera ect.

Just some reason early in the fight those first few punches he just cant take well.
