Am I the only person that likes Alvarez vs Mosley

It's ok for an undercard fight. I'm content with them not using this as a main event for a seperate date - something which GBP could have easily done.

But at the same time, it'll be sad watching a once great fighter being humiliated by an up-and-comer. Had my hopes for Delvin Rodriguez to be picked.

 

**** as a Mosley fan, and won't do much for the development of Canelo bar seeing how he reacts if Shane lands a hail Mary.

Would've preferred Sergio Mora in terms of a test really.

 

I hate the fight as either a) Mosley wont come to win or b) he will be stopped by someone who wouldn't hold his jockstrap a few years ago

 

I have little to next to no interest in this fight, Mosley's spent and should really hang them up and if Im honest has done nothing to deserve this fight. Id rather see Alvarez in with a live opponent for once.

 

I'm not convinced it will be.

Mosley has been entertaining probably twice in the past seven or eight years - against Margarito and Cotto.

His last three fights.... you wouldn't even know it was him in there, they've been so bad.

 

If Mosley comes to survive then Alvarez will look shite and the
fight will be shite. There are about ten other fights i would have
had before Mosley.

 

Shane needs to actually throw something. He got put down against Pac and went all negative, once he gets hit by Canelo I see the same thing happening again. I wish him the best and hope he pulls of a classic performance, but for me, he is done.

 

It's never fun to see a once great boxer getting punished by a upcoming big name. At least this is how I think about it.

 

Agree with this It's so sad to see Mosley going out like this.

 

Its always sad to see such a faded former great :-(

His ex-Mrs took him to the cleaners, I'm not surprised he's still fighting.

This. Mosley has just taken the payday in his last couple of fights, and this will be exactly the same. No need for this fight at all.
