Would like some advice with a Weight-Lifting Routine for Boxing

    please explain, as I am so lacking in knowledge how did I achieve good fitness levels and a ripped muscular physique? surely someone with a lack of knowledge like me couldn't achieve it because I'm so stupid and know so little about training in the correct way?

    Before you said high weight - low reps is what builds muscle. Now you're saying your high reps routine is what got you ripped and muscular. So which is it?

    Its one or the other. Weights can't make you a better fighter.

    Some of the thickest people I know are also the most muscular

    Try light weights, while doing proprioceptive workouts, results are remarkable as regards functional Strength Gains. Highly recommend.

    A qiucky 2, 15lb Dumbells in Hands. Stand on dominant leg the lesser side keeping it straight put it behind you straight as you bend from the waist, your body is now the letter T. Now start throwing shots to the floor with Dumbells with your Dominant eye shut, Enjoy :D

    You have low body fat which isn't too difficult for just about anyone. Congrats...

    How much can you squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench and how many pull-ups can you do?

    It seems to "work" for you? You worked this out how? It's not improving speed and strength so what is it doing?

    So you don't stretch then?

    Actually it isn't.

    If you can do 20 or more you add weight or do another variation.

    You either don't understand (which is most likely) or you're being purposely missleading.

    Bumpy, try this one get a Fit Ball, Let the Air out so its half full. Then sit on it, feet of the Floor, Dumbbells in either Hand. Now start Shadow Boxing, keeping the feet of the Floor, staying balanced, you are working everything.
