    Valdez by stoppage.

Zale likes to slug too much and gets hit too much.

Definitely Valdez has the edge in terms of power.......a stoppage against a durable guy like BB ? This is a great accomplishment !

Zale was strong, hard hitter, and had longer carreer, have to go with Zale.

That's what i call a great display of punching power - to KO someone like Briscoe is some serious stuff.

I like Valdez, he is the more skilled puncher. I like Zale here too though, because when it becomes a war, he has so much heart and a big will to win, he will keep coming and he will be investing in body shots for the long haul. Zale for me.

Zale. the man who overcame the graziano trilogy has to be favoured, slightly.

YES,After being in the US Navy for FOUR years without a bout, and at the late rusty age of 33 tackled a tremendous right hand puncing Rocky Graziano in his prime...How would Valdez fare if he was away from boxing for 4 years, losing the prime years of his boxing career ?
They didn't call Tony Zale the "man of steel" for nothing...

This is how I see it. I would pick Zale. Zale was a bit like Marciano in terms of heart and will to win.
