He has the strength of all the newborn female babies inflicted with sickle cell anemia in Michigan combined.

A year ago, when Holyfield began his run for Tyson's title, he could bench-press 190 pounds. "Today he's 33 percent stronger than he was last year," says Tim Hallmark, Holyfield's physical-fitness guru. "He does 10 repetitions with 360 pounds after his pulse rate has risen to 180 or 190 beats per minute. A football player can do 360 pounds, but that is with his normal heart rate. If you get his heart rate up to 180 or 190 and tell him to do 360, he'll look at you like you're crazy. There is a tremendous strength decrease [as the heart rate increases]. He won't be able to do it."

If Holyfield was only doing 190 before he started lifting weights, it's pretty fair to say Mayweather isn't doing that seeing as he doesn't go near compound exercises.

He uses Boxing skill to win... He's not strong at all! About as strong as a 15 year old Girly-boy.

how is 10 reps of 360 lbs 33% stronger than 190 of a year ago? I am confused. I don't get it. But yeah, in one year holyfield went from 190 to 360, so if Floyd did bench I imagine he would have a similar "initial" jump from whatever (right above body weight) to 230. He could be strong, but he doesn't care about that "number". 10 reps of 360 in one year is pretty crazy initial growth. That would make his one rep like ... a whole lot.

Thats like NINETY PERCENT STRONGER IN 1 YEAR

I didn't write it. I was wondering as well. But if Holyfield, who is strong as fuk could only bench 190 at one time in his career there is no way mayweather is doing that, especially considering he doesn't bench. Very logical thinking actually.
