Khan will control distance with his jab, I expect a hard, stiff penetrating jab to constantly slip inside through petersens tight guard, wearing down constantly, grinding petersen before Khan delivers the money shot and leaves petersen quiverring on his back, his face covered in a sticky substance (blood)

Very true, its also a spiteful punch when landed, Khan should know this, he gets hit with them enough himself.

Khan's jab is pretty good but it's not exactly a ramrod type punch.

    You'd think so.

If I was nailed as often as he was with them I'd think ''****, I might try that myself''.

He could also try throwing a few hard 1-2s instead of a powerless flurry all the time, pick his punches instead of always trying to win on volume. When you watch a Khan fight a second or third time you realise how many punches he actually wastes.

The Jab Khan used by Paulie and Zab is the type of Jab he needs this time, Khan will take his time show more respect and break Peterson down this time, no rushing in.

actually rushing in early is a good idea, petersen is vunerable to hitting the deck in the first 3 rounds, its after that khan needs to settle down and switch to plan B

He doesn't even need to be good on the inside. He just needs to learn basic survival skills. Enough to avoid taking overwhelming punishment. Locking the arms, spoiling, turning, being a nuisance, etc, are all handy in limiting the work of the opponent and taking nice little breathers yourself.

A massive shame he's not got the capacity to learn this.
