Any advice on over training etc. I've taken a rest today coz I don't feel 100% and have a bit of a cold. Fought 1s before in an unlicensed bout (aba is ok about it as I didn't understand the rules about it at the time) so I'm not as nervous this time. I've been training the last three days. Will be the next 2, anyway I just wana know when to taper it down as I felt like **** last time. I just wana know how to feel 100% going in.
u shouldnt be doing any sparring for at least a week before and you should do a really light training session the day before the fight to stop yourself getting lethargic.
North Shields school of boxing, I also train at Gateshead college on an AASE boxing course, so I train their 3-4 times per week including twice down Birtley (where Bradley Saunders and a few other pros train). I plan on sparring Sunday and doing a light session Friday morning. I feel I've improved a lot since my last fight (which I lost).

I've just gone 20 mate, 108-110kg and I've been boxing 1 and a half years but I've done it several times for 2-3 months then packed it in when I was younger. Don't wana say too much incase that kid somehow reads it lol.
ha ha thats the way mate im sure he wont be as experienced as you though considering youve had one white collar already so you should be alright.
I put pole on here witch over 40% believed it may have been a gov conspiracy. I was no more specific than that. Also this is the training forum, disscuss within the context of the forum and thread mate.
GL with your first match, brah. Post a video of it ITT afterwards. Regarding 9/11, I don't think it was a conspiracy, but I definitely think we caused it by installing all of the military juntas over in the Middle East.
