I quite liked his defensive style, thought he was robbed against Devon Alexander. Does anyone know whats happening with him? Or has he given up on the game. I still think he could beat Devon in a rematch and be a solid top 8 contender in the Light Welterweight Division.
Pretty sure he's retired. Or he's on the verge of, anyways. Leg injuries combined with a lack of championship opportunities were the reasons cited.
He said he was going to have one last fight before he retires. Just a normal ten rounder with an average opponent. Quite sad, really.
Its a shame the way it ended for him, having been seen as a weak belt holder and the Khan loss doing nothing to change that, he earned the respect of a lot of people with his performance against Alexander which has turned out to be his last notable fight.
Who said that? I predicted a Mccloskey wide UD, but it turned out that Prescott won the fight IMO. 'lol' nobody is laughing with you, keep making yourself look like a fool.
Pretty shameful what happened against Alexander, cant help but think he was short changed. Having put in one last good performance he's probably been blacklisted as too good to face up and comers and not worth the risk. Boxing is an unfair game at times.
I DONT excpect anybody to be laughing with me and how am i making myself look like a fool why i am so jealous of you having such a rep in the cyber boxing world get a grip mate.
