    but be careful when opening/closing these things, they eat fingers for breakfast!:scaredas:

    Also, if you have long hair, don't place your head all the way to the top - the wheel bearings eat hair too (my mother found out the hard way:roll:)

    I dont enjoy running. I want to enjoy working out so I keep it up.

    Hope you get P!nk-style obliques and Pilates-style space between your thighs.

    I think Pink style obliques is a bit much to ask :lol: I'm getting on well though. Liking Christie Brinkley on youtube. She's my new fitness guru. I have to mute her though :D

    It's your upper body excluding your head and arms.
