Lewis is right, it's not a dig at Vitali, it's a comment about the state of the division and the fact a guy who needs more fights is getting a shot.
I totally agree with LL about it being a total mismatch, and that last statement opened my eyes a bit because it also is completely true... In the pre LL era you could have around 15 fights (sometimes even 7 or 0 ) and get a worldtitle shot, but not during "his" era. There was that Riddick Bowe "defence" against a journeyman, but that's it.
