atsch Just about any trainer you ask. I mean, you HAVE noticed that those with an extensive amatuer career tend to make better pros then those w/o?

 

It's by far the toughest fight of Gamboa's career. Nice spin on all of Gamboa's KD's.

 

i think rios will stop him BUT gamboa is one of the most accurate punchers out....rios might be weight drained also

 

I think Rios shoudn't even be at 135 anymore. His last fight the dude just looked dry and gaunt as ****. I think that's the one thing that really evens this out. Otherwise, his size would be bigger factor. WHile Gamboa's mainly campaigned at FW, he's fought at 130 and above a few times. Plus his frame, being stocky and built, should allow him to move up with ease. This should be a great fight!

 

That's what concerns me. Gamboa is not only accurate, but he throws solid combinations with excellent speed.

 

This ain't the amateurs you dumb mother****er! And to Gamboa's detriment, he STILL fights like one at times....you'd know that if you knew anything about boxing.

Never said it was the amatuers dumb****. atsch You asked "who gives a ****" about his amatuer background. Having an extensive amatuer background is always a plus, ANY trainer will agree. I thought that was pretty obvious. Well, to anyone who puts a little thought into it I guess. :roll:
