Well I also mentioned how I see Frazier fighting against Vitali and having success. Prime Vitali-prime Frazier is a toss up fight in which I would slightly favor Vitali. I would favor Frazier against his brother.
Foreman at 6'4 225 would not be that small. And anyway,George fought at 275 at one point! Who is small? Tyson was 5'10 and 220 yet he would tear this division in half. Size still does not matter. Not to mention that even if Foreman was 5'9 and 205 pounds, his power is more than either Klitschko.
You can't beat live sports I don't care what you say. I have watched lots of old boxing, but it does not compare to watching boxing as it happens. The same applies to any sport. Do you think it makes sports more enjoyable while your watching them to think how much worse they are from boxers from the past? because thats the feeling I get when I see guys like you saying how current boxers are not as good as boxers from way back when.
During his prime he was consistently under 220 pounds. And he was under 6'4 . In the present that is a smallish heavyweight, but back in the 70s he was a huge man.
I think you overate Foreman and his power , sure he wasn't small and punched very hard, but slow on his feet and Jimmy ****ing young outboxed him !
I haven't stated anywhere that sports as a whole are worst now. Boxing definitely had seen better days that's common knowledge. I don't see your problem really. I said that I would slightly favor Vitali over Frazier. Frazier is top 50 ATG p4p fighter. Is that so bad. Do I have to say that Vitali is GOAT all the time to make you happy guys. You are like the Pac fans. You say that he loses to Duran and they all jump on you like Duran was some kind of ****ing bum. Boxing has a ****ing long history with great fighters and great athletes. For one you are right there is not like watching boxing live :good. But you appreciate and understand it better if you know the history.
tbf to Forman he was already on the slide of his 1st. career when he lost to Young. But i do agree...his power is getting overrated, and saying that a 205lbs Foreman would still punch harder then either bros is laughable and not to be taken seriously.
God you are ****ing stupid, in virtually all aspects. With your logic, Valuev is the best heavyweight ever. Haye kind of shoved that logic up your ass. Keith
Does he hit harder than Valuev?? Do you even watch boxing, or just the Klit brothers oiled up and posing for you?? It's a pretty cool sport you are missing with your Klit obsession. Try it sometime. Keith
Foreman was a very agressive heavy handed come forward fighter in his prime who was physically strong even by todays standards. Neither Klitschko fight as aggressive as Foreman did they like to box and Frazier did great vs jabbers. The Klits both lost to smaller men so it doesn't make sense they wouldnt lose to Frazier. They are not Foreman plain and simple. He threw punches in bunches they'd tire after 1 or 2 rounds trying to defend so many. Fighters today might be bigger, but give me a break they are either fat ****ing slobs or muscle head bozos can't even wipe their own asses and are jokes. If a former.cruiser like Haye or former light heavyweight Adamek are beating every "modern" heavyweight left and right not named Klitschko of course legends like Foreman, Frazier, and Ali would more than hold their own. People are really, really ******ed thinking Frazier was about power when he outworked his larger opponents. It wasnt just about his left hook. Do not forget Frazier only lost to 2 of the best ever, not a former super middleweight, a journeyman, a semi retired boxer turned golfer, or a semi retired ATG.
So heavier guys are automatically better huh?? So Valuev was the best ever?? Dempsey couldn't beat Willard. Baer couldn't beat Carnera. They were too small. Keith
