The bottle did not hit Chisora though! it was a punch, Haye risked more hand damage than anything imo

Practically speaking, maybe not, as other federations may follow, at least in part. Most importantly, the German Federaton will be directly coordinating with the British Boxing Board of Control, who are forced to take at least some action even if they would rather not.

So, except for some minor fights in backwater locales, this could set Chisora back for two or three years, maybe more.

I think that this incident spells the end for David.

David Haye Transcends boxing. I doubt he is worried. He could get licensed anywhere and the people would pay to see him. Would be like Ali in Zaire. Haye is huge in africa.

pacquiao would not have went down to that level-David is a fool and so is Chisora.

Chisora did more than enough over the weekend to deserve getting his licence revoked, the spitting-incident alone should be enough imo.
As far as Haye is concerned I don't see what he did wrong, he just defended himself.
Chisora announced numerous times he would slap him and came to him in a very aggressive way, what is he supposed to do there other than hit before getting hit.
But since he is retired now anyway who cares.

It was a foolish thing for haye to get involved with chisora. But the left was a cracking shot.

A lifetime ban would definitely prove once and for all that Germany is not a boxing country. I mean, what next? Require all fighters to have a doctorate?

    What a bunch of bull****.

Haye has never been any trouble his whole career, unlike Chisora who's got a bad reputation for being an unprofessional **** time and time again.

Haye was almost 100% convinced that Chisora was going to pull some dumb **** so he acted in self defence.

Haye deserves zero punishment where as Chisora IS actually close to getting a life time ban from boxing, ffs.

That is much worse then Haye smashing a bottle on the dumb ****s empty head after he basically charged at him.
