http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...04/Boxing-Klitschko-admits-steroid-abuse.html Vitali admitted it in his autobiography. And was thrown off the Olympic team for it.
Oh defo, he's clearly a ****ed up guy. I mean he does strange things even on entrance video other night he does some messed up face . Strange fella and the guys he knocks around with were involved in shooting of a innocent father on merdian estate in tottenham. Don't get me wrong there not major guys but you don't need to be anyone special to shoot. These kids nowadays are looking to drop a body and dropping david haye would be talk of the estate/town.
Yeah Charles, its not the fact he's **** in the corner although I had noticed, I just don't like him, there's just something about him.
This wasn't 2am at the Taxi queue. Both guys should put their hands up and admit they were out of order instead of trying to take any misconceived high ground
.... Wlad had trouble nailing him, that's all ... because Haye fought an even more negative "survival" fight than anyone had done for ages. It was shameful, after him critcising everyone else for being boring. You're right, boxing doesn't work on who is most deserving. But why is Haye an attraction ? He's not an exciting fighter at all. He's ****. Haye doesn't give a good fight. He'd probably run away from Klitschko and throw two or three punches a round. I always thought Vitali would be the Klitschko who Haye would stand the better chance of beating, because Vitali is older and slower than Wlad. But Haye doesn't have heart, against Wlad he was pathetic, and the broken toe thing underlined what a heartless chump he really is. There's nothing to suggest he's the best challenger out there. He MIGHT be, but all we know is that he shouts his mouth off. His whole reputation is based on talking, and beating some old washed-up contenders. He needs to beat a young contender to even begin to convince me that he's a good challenger.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTYjTvwOC6M[/ame] I have to admit in this video of Vitali ages 22 he does look considerably smaller than when he fought Lewis [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceShf9HHUV8[/ame] Tough on really I guess and its hard to say a big guy like Vitali could easily put on a 20 pounds of muscles in that time naturally i guess. The Eastern Block ifs of course known to "let" its athletes acquire steroids to help their performance. Not sure what to think.
I don't like people that speak slow to make out there intelligent, that annoys me and he does that . I'm glad you said that i thought it was just me .
The total opposite is Paul Williams:yep Did you see that interview at the weekend? Talk superfast and look thick as ****!:deal
No you are confusing a tactical battle that didnt work for Haye with just pure survival. There a times in fights where fighters just surivive. Whilst Haye didnt cover himself in glory he wasnt just there for survival. His tactics were okay for avoiding Wlad attacks but was unable to setup his own. If they fought again im sure he would fight differently. Well he is still the former unified cruiser champ who has beaten Valuev and Ruis which whilst not a stellar HW resume there are few/any heavies who have fought either each other or that level of competition. Again a sad indictment on the division. I didnt like the toe excuse at all. i think Haye felt the need to justify himself when he really didnt need to. He develops the interest and is one of the only fighters with with the tools that could maybe beat Vitali/Wlad end of the day he develops interest and that why we tune in to watch fights because we want to know how x will do against y.
He might be a nice fella for all I know but I don't get that impression with him and your right about him talking slow, he sounds ****ing patronising when he talks. Maybe its me being the cynical old ******* I was destined to become?
nah didn't see it, i watched it up to round 10 and went to sleep. Paul's so frustrating he's wide open still. Wish he left Peterson ages ago :-(..
Can't blame you for dozing off. PW smashed the record for the most "knowwhatIamsaying" in a interview:yep 3.50 in the video for his record breaking performance:-( [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2y93cL7nIiI[/ame]
Gareth A Davies on hawksbee and jacobs in a bit talking about this. He was there inside room when it kicked off..
That will be worth a listen just to see how ****ing clueless he is, one of the worst boxing writers ive ever come across.
