Haye ''suspected of GBH....will serve a minimum 6 month sentence if guilty''

Unless Chrisora or Haye press charges how would they serve time in jail ?

 

Haye is going to prison and he knows it and that's why he ran away quickly.Forget all that stuff about threats from Chisora.What's worse is that Haye's butt is prized in Germany,he's a trophy in German prisons because they don't like him over there.

 

Haye has a legitimate case of self defence. plus I would be surprised if the charge would even be GBH becasue that requires a wound (ie a serious cut/gash etc) and intent to do serious damage. For the courts the intent of GBH is as serious as the intent for murder and I doubt very much that you could prove that David Haye had such intent when he is acting in self defence against chisora and in the heat of the moment against the trainer.

 

No attempted gbh. Hitting someone with a bottle in their hands could be gbh. Just because u didn't cause the attempt and intent was there.

Haye better get a good lawyer. Maybe he can try to pay off Chisora and Don Charles if that helps to keep his ass out of prison.

 

He was filmed swinging a freaking 15 lbs video tripod at unarmed people. That's not self-defense.

Any prosecutor in Germany or Britain will salivate at the prospect of bringing this to court.
