I agree with that. I don't have a problem at all with Hayes reaction. But Haye was in a completely different situation then was Vitali, who was caught completely off guard prior to fight night, by a cheap shot. And Wladimir who was also placed in a very unfavorable, lose-lose situation. I agree with Haye for nailing Chisora. Although I still think Haye is a loud-mouth trash talker, who acts like a complete idiot at times and uses cheap tactics to get what he wants, and is far from a roll model, but Chisora makes him look like a first class gentleman. It is clear Chisora is an animal who belongs in a criminal institution (where he might as well end up in the future), and not apart of society.

Klitschkos clearly come from a good family, their father was a military man, and as such, as we know, probably provided for a decent life for his family during those times. They are both PhDs, speak various languages, and in general present themselves and behave like classy guys. They are not a representation of the struggling kid who had an alcoholic for a father and grew up in a poor neighborhood where you had to fight every other weekend when you ran into kids from the opposite apartment blocks. He took a bunch of cheap shots, at times where he knew he wouldn't be harmed because they would be broken up. He took advantage of that situation to make himself look good. He didn't do it on a level playing field, or in a professional manner. He needed cheap shots, and that is what he did. As far as the end of the fight, I saw Vitali not letting go of his hand and giving him and earful, not the other way around you said it. But I only saw it once.
I don't need a representation of that. My father wasn't an alcoholic either. I am on my way of getting a PhD, speak 4 languages and try to present myself as a well behaved, classy guy. Yet I CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept a thug spitting in my face, or face of any of my family member. While I could, under certain circumstances, see myself take that kind of abuse on my own behalf, seeing my brother slapped would make my go MAD. I don't want to chose between being a class act gentleman and being a MAN. The two are NOT mutually exclusive. You can act like a gentleman and put down a thug when he deserves it. No matter your education, your upbringing, your surrounding, the instinct to protect your family should always prevail over all others.
Derreck "Haye's son" Chisora got owned big time and his fans should accept it. I don't like Haye but TS is right that Haye did what a man should in that kind of situation. Chisora's ego was so high he thought he can do whatever he wants...and guess what...so called "chicken" Haye taught him a hard lesson. Haye earned my respect.
