If Haye gets a ban and he could rightly feel aggrieved seeing as he has never been involved in anything like that before and was not the one who caused it, will be a joke really.

Chisora really couldn't have any complaints giving he was guilty of 3 seperate incidents over the weekend and has prior for that type of behaviour.

I disagree. Ive been started on by blokes bigger than me (not difficult as im only 5'8 tall)but I always try and show restraint and keep a bit of common decency. I can scrap but I dont want to descend into common thuggery. Still wouldnt have meant I cant look after myself and defend myself.

The problem is now we all live to the "do it to them like they would do it to you...but do it first" philosophy.

Yes Chisora is an idiot, but show him up. What was the worst thing he could do in that environment? Headbutt? Punch? Hit him with microphone? If Haye had stood his ground and wound up Chisora to a point where he did another stupid slap incedent, or some other nonsense, then Chisora would have looked a total tit, and Haye would be priased for rising above this.

Instead it descended into common thuggery. No class, decency or honour in these men.

My opinion, you will disagree, doesnt make me less intelligent by the way.

    Hmm...

According to the president of the Federation of German Professional Boxers, Haye was acting in self-defence.

"I saw Chisora run directly to David Haye ... and attack him," Dr Thomas Putz told BBC Sport.

"David Haye only did the right thing to Chisora. He saved himself. It was self-defence."

He also called for Chisora to get a lifetime ban from the sport admitting "he should never fight anywhere".

No why would i think you were less intelligent, it's a contructive reply.

He reacted in the moment, he obviously felt threatened but the thing continuing was a result of others going at him, in someways it was a no win situation really, if he doesn't react then the whole mythical thing of him being a ***** would escalate further, it might be a lot of crap but it has spread due to one fight against Wlad despite him putting up a better showing than any of his opponents in recent years.

It's a tough one but at the end of the day he is not the reason it started, Chisora getting out his seat is.

Even at this point he couldn't show humility. When he talks about Adam getting a cut as if no one knew how it happened. Nothing to do with you swinging tripod.

Yeah Chisora was on the wind up totally. He's a mad one indeed, but in a bad/good way he's handy for boxing. Every sport needs a guy with a screw loose (Balotelli, Ronnie o Sullivan, McEnroe etc) - In retrospect is a slap, walking up to a guy with a microphone and spitting water really THAT bad in comparison to swinging a tripod at a group of people??? Chisoras antics are childish and the kind of thing the likes of Joey Barton does, totally on the wind up but not hugely damaging or destructive if you think about it.

The only thing that got me was saying he would shoot Haye....that was just pure mental. Nobody should even joke about **** like that.

Think if Haye had a couple of bevvies and add in that he was embarrassed with Wlad and the toe incident - Haye seems very vain, so his ego is damaged. To prove he's not a ***** he's gone for Chisora. I just wish he'd not swung a bloody tripod!!!

Maybe because Booth hasn't yet acknowledged that the tripod caused the cut, infact going by his Sky Sports interview today he seems to think it wasn't the tripod. :huh

The tripod looked (from admittedly grainy footage) like it hit Booth on the side of the head, so not tying up with where the cut was. Hard to say really, but who gives a **** ultimately?

Your first point, like many of your points, makes no real sense. Waiting for someone to clock you is pretty stupid. Haye didn't know Chisora was going to go for him, but as soon as he did he responded. Not really sure why anyone would have a problem with that. Del had no right to even approach Haye like that.

But, as was his wont over the weekend, he liked to be intimidating when he felt he had back-up. Didn't work out too well for him with a much bigger alpha-male on the scene, did it?

The only one who seems to be ignoring what happened is you. Haye shouldn't have gotten involved, but he's not really in the wrong other than the tripod thing. He made a tit of himself, but considering Chisora's behaviour, it's no surprise he got lamped.

There really is no bias here - it's just ******ed to argue in Del-Boy's defence.

If i was having a argument with somebody at work, it got heated, a few swear words were exchanged and they walked towards me in what i considered an aggresive manner...

Do I then have the right to start throwing punches, ram a bottle towards their face, smash it in their chest and then start swinging metal bars?

so much bull**** is talked on here...

Where do you think the cut came from? The grassy knoll?
