david haye was carrying a weapon?

in fact...if you are referring to the tripod; that would be an "ordinary everyday object" as described in what you have just quoted.

    :patsch

    seriously man...learn to ****ing read.

No it wouldn't. You need to learn to extrapolate. It's only is counted as an everyday object if it's a personal possession of an item carried by the person. Grabbing anything that comes to hand falls somewhat outside that definition.

I'll promise to increase my education if you learn to express yourself without profanity? Deal?

    you are entirely incorrect.

it does not have to be an item that you are carrying...it just can't be something you are carrying as a weapon. you cannot carry a weapon with the goal of defending yourself is what that is saying. what you quoted states that explicitly.

All of europe is pussified. Wlad is a ***** letting Chisora spit in his face and all of the euros are wining about Haye defending himself because over there its against the law to defend yourself and you have to hand over your life to criminals instead of defending yourself because that is the ***** euro way.

What Haye did was some true G **** that came straight from the streets of the dirty south, nobody in europe can recognize the realness of it and Chisora was in shock because he is a giant crybaby who has never encountered a G in all of england. If Haye did not have an accent you would swear he was reppin the ATL the way he handled 3 men in 30 seconds dropping all of them and then went on some jackie chan **** with a camera tripod improvising it into a deadly weapon.

*sigh* "provided you have them with you for their ordinary, everyday purpose"

You really, really are hard work. Is it my turn to ask you to learn to read now? Did David Haye have a camera tripod with him for any ordinary everyday purpose, or did he, after disengaging and seeing Charles being restrained, grab it and lunge in, attempting to cause serious damage?

the tripod was there for it's ordinary everyday purpose you total mong.

    :patsch

that paragraph is saying you are not allowed to carry an offensive weapon for ANY reason...even for defence. it literally says that completely explicitly.

you are clearly ******ed & what you are saying is literally the stupidest thing i have ever seen on the internet. **** off.

It was reflexive, there is no way the policey will bring a case. Haye can argue self defence, who can say he was not defending himself? Everyone has the right of self defense as long as excessive force is not used; Haye did not use excessive force there was no physical damage to Chisora.

The tripod never hit Chisora is the he cannot be charged with that, the tripod is irelevant. In the cold light of day, this is worse for Chisora not Haye.

Booth is such a goon. It's funny that he won't even admit that haye crowned him with that damn tripod. Funny stuff.

Actually I won't. As to the ******ation accusation I'd suggest that someone who cannot engage in any form of debate online without resorting to profanity and insulting attacks is the one who strongly suffers from severe self control issues and would more likely be judged as intellectually impaired.

To the point in question, yes it was there for it's ordinary everyday purpose, did HE have it with him, or did he grab it, after delivering punches and then being separated and the intended target restrained? By following your point of logic a crowbar, steak knife, or boar spear (if you were in a hunting lodge) would all be perfectly acceptable. But I'm going to strongly suggest that the law would see it otherwise.

Now I'll leave you to claw impotently at your desk and keyboard and foam a little at the mouth. Remember to take a slow deep breath before you type. :hi:
