English law doesn't apply because the brawl with haye and chisora was in Germany.

He wont get a life ban, this happens now and then, tyson and lennox did it, morales and barrera, bowe and donald, harrison and hide. He will get a fine like the rest did.

and what a german man wants means fcuk all in England. No one is listening to what some **** working as the German boxing president thinks over here in the UK.

Haye should have taken his burning like a real man and none of this would have happened.

    where to start.

ok. the paragraph you quoted is about CARRYING an "offensive weapon" (a knife or a blade for example) which you intend to use in defending yourself. you are not allowed to do this. carrying such a weapon would indicate premeditation.

you are however allowed to use other things that you are carrying provided you do not use excessive force & you are not carrying them with the intention of using them as a weapon.

david haye was CARRYING nothing. he did not bring the tripod with him. he had not planned to use it as a weapon.

it was an "ordinary everyday object".

the only question would be whether he used excessive force. seeing as how no-one (apart from booth who will celarly deny haye caused the damage) was injured he clearly did not use excessive force.

as for whether you could defend yourself with a knife or something similar if it was lying around or came into your possession during a struggle; provided you can prove you felt suitably threatened...well yes you can...

you think german police are gone a hunt haye down like some international criminal. He's a retired boxer who had a (mini) punch up at a press conference. There's punch up's like that everyday in germany its treated as a minor and now haye's out the country the probably wont even bother do anything about it. they arrested chisora in germany and he was (released without charge) :hi:

booth isn't gone a press charges on haye for accidently getting hit with a tripod and someone has to press charges for anything to happen to the people involved and who's gone a do that? no one. chisora's entourage were the ones to start it. chisora said i'm going to give you two slap then took of his coat and walked right up in haye's face. Haye is so protected by self defense its not a worry for him. He had at least 5 guys back him up and chisora said a minute ago he was gone a slap him twice, haye had to react for as self defense. Just because he hit first doesn't make haye the bad one.

The only thing they have to worry about and they meaning chisora is the british boxing board they must answer too. Haye's retired so no one can tell him fcuk all. He just carry's on as normal.

at no point did haye "carry" an "offensive" weopen lol he picked up a random tripod out of fear of 3 big ars$ crazy dudes coming at him still after he had to stop one(chisora) doing damage before he had the chance, and had to defend himself from another(doncharles) coming at him and doing haye's vien face damage also. haye had a bottle, but it was in his fist so it wasnt as weopen for using on delboy, but more damage to himself if it was glass and not one the plastic bottles that look like glass ones.

chisora threatened haye live on sky sports news that if he saw him he would attack him,he then takes his coat off when their in the same room and walks up to him with his men behind him after having promised to attack haye should he see him!

their was no grevious bodily harm to anyone, except maybe booth who got hit by accident by haye,im not sure haye got anyone else with the tripod anyhow!

chisora thretened to burn and shoot haye, possibly kill him! haha, haye probably wise to avoid going back to the same hotel as chisora and get out of the way before chisora found a gun or lighter in the conference room! lol

:happy Bravo, you managed to type without insult or profanity. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Interesting links, however one of them refers to a burglary, one of them has a case where the person stabbed had picked a knife up first and the other picked up a knife in self defence, the first refers to a man who was attacked by a gang, had his teeth kicked out and had already been slashed several times by a knife in the case of the woman the man had first picked up the knife and then pinned her to the floor and she couldn't breathe.

    :patsch

all of them refer to self defence.

all of them conclusively prove that what you said was wrong re; picking up a nearby object.

& the level of retaliation is proportional...

3 of them killed people they thought were going to kill them.

david haye did not kill anyone because he didn't think that anyone was going to kill him. so i fail to see your point there...i was using those as examples to prove that a specific statement you made was completely incorrect..not suggesting that they had any direct bearing on haye's actions. so again; learn to read. :good

you babbling on about "duty to reteat" & him "carrying an offensive weapon" is so laughably off target that you deserve to be openly mocked btw.

on that note: i didn't insult you. i said things that are clearly true. if you find that insulting...well so be it.

If we forget about the hype and faux drama. In law Haye cannot credibly be charged with anything.
