Margarito's wraps after Cotto first fight!

    The handwraps looked like average handwraps. You can tell plaster of paris or loaded wraps, they are portruded and they become mis-shapen. Also, the plaster goes around the outside of the wraps, not the inside- it would defeat the purpose of cheating if the plaster was on the inside!

    Wow... very interesting indeed. Now that we look back at the video, and we can see the hole, it looks clearer and clearer the other way. Good stuff and this is IT.

    It's feasible his trainer actually did **** up for Shane. But wraps don't crack like that, and it makes no sense for that same looking wrap to be found again months later in Capetillo's handbag.

    bottom line is that it doesnt matter. He is a pretty much forgotten entity and when most remember him the first thing that will come into their mind is that he cheated.

    You know something, now knowing more, this is what it will be. He won't even be on the greatest in his division. I never liked his style anyways. He was too straight!

    Yeah man. Glad Antwann was able make u see the light. At this point it is pretty clear that the dude was not a one time offender. Some still think so. That's on them if that's what they want to believe. There were many long, long, long threads dedicated to the subject a few years back.

    Yea. It all makes sense now. Margo cheated in the first Cotto fight too if this is what I'm hearing correctly. Dang... really a terrible event. He could have put Cotto out of boxing for good! The promoters and everyone should have shyed away from him, as Cotto is a bigger draw than he ever will be, particularly after he was caught before the Mosely match.

    Not so... All it would take is a thin layer of gauze above the PLASTER. He cheated, and they figured if they paraded around like nothing, nobody will suspect it. Had he kept his gloves on for the interview (WHO THE **** DOES THIS???) it would have been instantly suspect. He had NO CHOICE but to remove the gloves...

    That clip of the hearings is all I need to see. GUILTY!


    Dude is a bum fraud and he has been EXPOSED.:hat

    WHO was making sure Margarito's hand wraps didn't have something illegal on them on the first Cotto fight? Why was Richardson THE ONLY ONE who took a good look and noticed what was going one, IF Margarito got away with it dozens of times I'm sure many STILL get away with it, and many is the past, even ALL TIME GREATS have sued a similar method, they simply never got caught. Wraps should be checked more carefully from now on, in EVERY fight.
