Double standard I tell you. Now we should also rank Champion by the prestige of their belt
IBF looks more credible than WBC who has silver emeritus and diamonds belt and WBC more than WBA who has regular, super duper and interim, etc...

WTF GURL .... What is clouding your mind?

Campillo has an official win over Shumenov anyway. Furthermore, how exactly is it fair to move Campillo past anyone at all if we're only concerned with the official results? He can't be moved past the guys he was robbed against but he can be moved past those who had nothing to do with the crime?

Besides that, this entire set of rankings is a subjective, opinion-driven enterprise about how guys measure up against one another. I don't see why you would ever disregard your own opinions and thinking about things that actually happened to inform your thinking in such a theoretical undertaking.

Who do you want lie? Yourself, maybe.THE CRITERION YOU DID PUT LOUD AND CLEAR FOR BUTE IS "WHO DID HE BEAT"" COMPARING (TO FROCH AND KESSLER) AND NOT "CURRENT COMPARED PERFORMANCES", RIGHT?iI`ll remembera few things which The Ring, fightnews and Dan Rafael probably took in acount for ranking:Bute beat much clear Miranda and Bika comparing to Ward and Johnson and Magee comapring to Froch, gas the biggest KO ratio in the division and one the highest in boxing etc..

So if I show, applying the same criterion , I find four boxers who have better wins than Anthony Direel, others than your Top 6 you`ll look silly, no offense.REMEMBER, YOU SAID IT :IT`S ABOUT "WHO DID HE BEAT" !

Arthur Abraham beat Taylor is far more anything your conational did. Is ahead of him.

Glen Johnson ( Why you took him off? Why? Oh, nobody beat him like Bute.Excuse me...) Alan Green by KO ex champion in LHW (Ko`d Roy Jones .It`s over your protege by far.Tough fight with Froch (draw for a judge)

Magee (put by Ring and Rafael No. 7 ahead of your first three.)Ma, you`re just amazing:Magee KO`ed Mads Larsen in his turf is mandatory too, was once more, has an interim belt. What do you want more?

Bika KO`ed Peter Manfredo Jr. , won three rounds wth Calzaghe

    AAro Pryor Jr beat Andrade

So, we have 4-5 fighters from whom curiously two are two big names you don`t even put there.

Renan Saint Just (ironicaly , an other representant of Quebeq ) is greater victory than Taylor, Roy Jones , Alan Green, Andrade and Mads Larsen, than everyone of these?

SO WHO BUTE BEAT ON THE ONE HAND AND CURRENT PERORMANCES FOR AMTHONY DIRELL, (even there wrong, Magee is far better than your protege right now).

DO WE SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE? NOW IT`S OVIOUSLY WHY YOUR RANKINGS ARE DIFFERENT.

Magee got a "title" shot after getting dominated by Bute.....then he beat a bum to win the "Belt"....then he faced a ok fighter and got a good win.....Dirrell's last win was against a higher caliber and ranked fighter....he should be the WBC interim champion if Magee holds a belt

He can be moved above the others due to the fact he proved his class about higher ranked fighters and champions. things that the fighters he passed have not done as recently.....furthermore, if you look at official rankings for belt, they do the same....like with Dereck Chisora...he got rankings bumps after his fight with the Nordic Nightmare....so it's the same thing....Shumenov & cLOUD are both still champions, and hold an official win over Campillo, but Campillo proved to be a upper class fighter with his performance, so he got moved up.

Based on everything you just said......it's clear Lucian Bute is the #4 best Super Middlweight in the world :yep

At least Magee got a title shot, what has Anthony Dirrell got ? Unkown potential... Wait I though you were ranking about achievements and not potential :O Whooo.... Busted. Markusess and St Juste are pretty close in public eyes recognition. Why is one a bum and the other is so great. Magee at least has fought and beat to10 competition was BBBofC British super middleweight and light heavyweight also more than once EBU Champion and IBO Champion. What were Anthony Dirrell achievements so far ? beating a bottom top ten 40 years old men? Do you know what amazing guys has beaten St.Juste before Dirrell ?

    1. Andre Ward (ring/wba/wbc)
    2. Carl Froch
    3. Mikkel Kessler
    4. Lucian Butte (ibf)
    5. Andre Dirrell
    6. Robert Stieglitz (wbo)
    7. Anthony Dirrell
    8. Sakio Bika
    9. George Groves
    10. Brian Magee

    *******************

That's a real good example of someone using head-to-head / skills to rate certain fighters, and using resumes to rate the rest. Pure bias.

On one hand you have Abraham & Johnson left out despite their resumes where as Anthony Dirrell and George Groves have achieved jack ****, and on the other you have Tommy OoO and again Johnson left out despite their H2H advantages over the lower top 10 where as Groves and both Dirrells are all (and only) skills at this point. Classic.

If Groves is ahead of Magee and Ant. Dirrell ahead of Bika based on H2H comparisons, how is Froch above Kessler when he lost to him? The ****?!

This was my first and last stop here. Just another poster's opinion that, like all of them including mine, can be torn apart.

As long as there isn't a championship where everyone fights eachother you cannot have factual rankings ; if this ESB guy believes those are the rankings i have nothing to object, he is entitled to have his own opinion.

    Who are you cursing at?

I was someone who gave Huck absolutely no chance in this one. In fact, I thought he was absolutely going to be stopped in this one.

I scored it 116-112 for Huck. He fought brilliantly, and Povetkin was terrible. The way he kept bending his head down low was bizarre and frustrating the way the ref kept getting on Huck's case when it was usually Povetkin's fault for bending so low and awkwardly.

So who were you cursing at?

    :smoke

Are you actually trying to say that Magee should of got a "title" shot off of him getting dominated by Bute  That fight Magee claimed that "title" was a farce and you know it.......matter a fact Dirrell's fight with St Juste would of had far more claim to a interim title shot compared to any fight Magee has had since Bute. Fact is Magee did nothing to deserve getting a interim shot, and Dirrell won a legit world title eliminator based on where both fighters were ranked.

    167 Jaime Barboza 166½ 17-4-0
Gimnasio Nacional, San Jose, Costa Rica W UD 12 12
referee: Gustavo Padilla | judge: Levi Martinez 116-112 | judge: Ted Gimza 118-110 | judge: Francisco Martinez 117-111
interim WBA World super middleweight title (supervisor: Jose Oliver Gomez)

    :rofl:rofl:rofl
