There are certain forummers who only post on threads that contain the words "Bute,Froch,Ward" .I find it hard to take anything they say seriously.:good

 

That's rubbish, Froch is literally Nottingham's favourite son. He sells out the Trent FM arena with 15,000 everytime he fights there. Down the road is the city ground stadium where the Nottingham Forrest Football/Soccer team play, and for Boxing would seat about 35,000. Froch and Bute would sell that out.

Check your facts before posting please.

 

atschatsch For God's sake Sabs! My mention of the first round KO is an ongoing joke that I share with(a few) BUTE fans!!
I have repeatedly stated that Froch will stop Bute in the first round or quicker!!! and then he will go on to avenge his defeat to Ward by stopping him in the second.I have said that he will only last longer than Bute becaused he has a superior defence.I then go on to say that anyone who really knows their boxing will agree with me and anyone who disagrees should stick to WWF.
Take from that whatever you will...
I reaslly don't want to debate this with you because it is an absolute jobby of a thread and any neutral would see that you're a bit off kilter here and whilst your arguments sound wonderful,I'm afraid they're far too simplistic and dare I say it,naive.
The bottom line is that this thread is utter drivel and I don't want you to be seen as someone who is condoning it.

:dealI've been trying to tell people SJS.This guy said Froch has no TV backing.They don't seem to grasp that Froch is one of Sky's top 2 or 3 boxers.I'm afraid in this little country you can't really get bigger that that TV-wise.
I think the problem here is Froch has no belt.It's hard for Sky to budget for a fight when the opponent will probably want more than their own main attraction.Very rarely do they manage this without the help of US TV.
Froch a coward...still can't believe someone started this thread.
