Your kidding right? He has been there since the begining of the year. There is video of him hitting the pads with Garcia and video of him sparring in the Gym.

I have no idea how he is all of a sudden going to be able to make the weight specially years after he was not able to make it and he is older. It doesnt actually work like that. That is why older fighters always end up moving up.

As far as being able to make 160 again. I would love to see a Jr. fight. They are basically the same type of fighter but Jr. is younger so he would probably win.
