dumb thread, Froch is no coward, he will fight anyone anywhere but it isn't all up to him. His team is, however, looking at away to weasle out of this Bute fight despite Bute being willing to fight in his backyard. I get it though, if I was team Froch I would not want to risk everything vs Bute directly after the S6 when he can make money and keep his rep fighting a few lesser fighters at home and be totally excused for doing so after a gruelling tournament where he faced the best back to back to back. A big loss to Bute and that= 2 lopsided losses in a row making him no longer a contender for top fighter in the division. This is not Froch being a coward, it's this team trying to extend his career and earnings, another big loss and it's over.

He doesn't have any numbers beside what Interbox spew out, which he ofc accepts as gospel truth without any questioning.

while i enjoy boxing in general, bute is my favorite boxer by far and i follow the SMW division with a few exceptions. i think the reason certain people only post on threads about SMW is because they dont care about the floyd/manny/klitchko threads...while i do READ a LOT of other threads, i only tend to reply about ones regarding SMW. i don't see how that would make it hard for you to take someone serioulsy based on that?
i've seen plenty of people on here with thousands of posts, the majority of which are about unrelated stuff, trolling, or something to that effect.

Waita minute.I don`t hate anyone.I appreciate Froch as a boxer. You should know what he declared about Bute.I apologyzed on a new thread about the word coward but better not escape from the fight.IF is the key word in my affirmation.

I know FROCH IS NO COWARD.What I did is challenge him and his team, especially cause of his media declaratuions about Bute.Maybe wasn`t my best move and I should let Bute to solve his problem in the ring...But we all wait so much the signing of the deal so can get to dessperate moves...

Chill, bro. Take a few weeks off. Come back fresh and only post in non-Bute related threads for a month or two. :good

You did have the balls to make a widely available apology of sorts and I have to admit I had a(very small) degree of respect for that,so fair play to you.
But it was an absolute shitehouse of a post, and you shouldn't be too surprised if you have a couple weeks of being reminded of it.
Like I said though, you tried to do the right thing and publicly too.

guys I don't think this fight is happening anymore. It is so ironic that Bute is criticized for not willing to fight "top level" fighters and yet when he provokes them they turn him down.
Heck he even offered to fight in England yet Bute's promotes said today that Froch's promoter is not making any offers to them...
    This is crazy!

Certainly not a coward but fighting Bute is extremely risky for him right now given that he needs to win his next fight and given that the fight will be in front of his fans...Lots of pressure on him, probably more than any time in his career IMO.

It is not Interbox, Froch admitted on his twitter account that Bute wants to fight him in England and Bute also declared on his social media site that he wants to go to England. How much more clear can he make it?

It does sometimes seem like Interbox has a messianic-type hold over some fans.
How do we know that they offered Froch a decent purse. How do we know if Carl's asking for too much?
We don't.And the point is;Interbox tell you what they want you to know.

May be you are right. We don't know.
But I think it is suspicioous that Hearns is not saying anything.
If there was a case of money why not come out ans say look we cannot fight Bute because our share is too low.
