    Can you imagine a LHW double-header in Montreal where Froch comes back to haunt Pascal and where Bute retires Hopkins?

    cause Kessler was the proven one,yet Ward won,even tho in my humble opinion he cheated and he should have lost that fight by DQ,like he lost the fight against a journeyman,Darnell Boone who floored him and won it on everyone cards but the corrupt jOakland referees.So Kessler who was the proven one lost it,and here you are claiming Ward can't loose cause he's the proven one.yeah...you're on to something here,no doubt,Ward can't loose this one,he won't even loose 2 rounds even tho he lost more with "superstars" like Bika and Green :rofl

    May be a little unfair to call Cleverly a jack of all trades but master of none?:think He's developing but Fwank must do a better job of bringing him along than he's done with others, even Hatton and Calzaghe. Increase his competition level and expose him to a better class of fighter so he grows from it.

    I think Froch would get to him because Cleverly lacks the discipline to fight behind his technique for 12 rounds. Then again Froch is 35 so really the end of the road is not that far away.

    For the sake of everyone's sanity I accept Bute-Froch has to happen.I can't ever admit that I don't want the fight but I have to say I wouldn't be disappointed if Carl went after Cleverly.I just don't see "the name we dare not mention" going for it.

    By the way Drozzy,did you notice how when I asked for a Bute gameplan to beat Ward I got all sorts of abuse and threats to my family yet we can do it here and have a perfectly reasonable discussion?:huh
    I only wanted the same thing.:good

    Hey, I'm not against Froch-Cleverly either. Thing is, timing must be right.

    And yeah, I know. I'm glad my thread went at least 5 pages without getting polluted with that kind of ****.

    You know as well as I do that there exists counterparts within the Ward & Froch fanbase (less of them, mind you) to the individuals you're referring to. That's the sad truth of ESB.
