Pryor wins in the most horrifying war ever.

Boxing is banned after the fight.

Hank wins, better defence, better up-close and busier. Both can take it and dish out but not enough to stop the other one. Defence and output decide this one, Hank got both.

Armstrong is truly great with up close defence in the pocket. His head movement is up there with the best of them.

Armstrong could stand in the pocket slipping and throwing combinations. Pryor will have success though.

The only question is armstrong's chin. I'm not sure what to make of it. Would he survive the full blooded combinations he does get caught with?

Pryor was a beast at the weight with huge power shots coming nonstop.

If anyone can give a good enough reason to give armstrong's chin the benefit of the doubt here i'm all ears.

Until then pryor wins a late stoppage whilst slightly behind on the cards.

Personally, I see Armstrong taking it in an absolute war.

Both come forward pressure fighters throwing 100 punches a round. Armstrong more skilled, better technique and better defence. Pryor bigger, faster, stronger. I sort of favour Armstrong in a fight where neither gives much ground but then again if Pryor backs him up with his strength he'll have the advantage

Do you guys think armstrong's chin can take the blows that pryor will eventually land? Even if he's reduced to 20% accuracy that's still about 200 solid shots landed.

I never know what to make of henry's chin.

Chin and power are 2 of the most overrated traits of boxing. When you rarely get hit flush and you don't make many mistakes you're unlikely to get ko'd unless you're severely outmuscled

I don't understand the question about Armstrong's chin. He was stopped in his debut, and on cuts by Zivic, and I don't ever recall reading or hearing that he was considered chinny. Beyond that, I don't think Pryor was much of a big hitter. Too many punches thrown with his feet funny. Yes, he was a good puncher but mostly be the effect of accumulation.
And I think that, after a few rounds with Armstrong, who was simply the better, more dominant fighter, on his chest and forcing the pace, Pryor would not be throwing so many punches.
Armstrong, after an early round or two of fireworks, imposes himself on Pryor and wins easily. Probably a 7th to 10th round stoppage in a one sided fight.

I'm asking whether you think pryor could stop him with the shots he does get through.

No, I don't think he could. I think that Armstrong would get low and be right on his chest, and that would really make him less effective with the punches he did land.

I agree anyway. The difference is henry's defensive prowess.
