mark leroy kilwinning For the second week in a row the heavyweight division was the hot topic of discussion. Marco Huck and Povetkin put on a great scrap, best i have seen in many a year, even buncey was excited and loving it. At 27 the future looks bright for Huck as he showed he can compete with the big guys, not sure about the Klitschkos, but he is only 27 and will still be around when there gone (i hope)

Chisora and Huck have injected some life back into the heavyweight division, I would tune in to see either of them fight anyone.

I had Povetkin sneaking it by one round, but a lot of the rounds where real close, like Chisora last week I feel Huck won the hearts and minds with the defeat. Imaging the Brothers retired tomorrow and we had

Chisora, Povetkin, Haye, Arreolla, Fury, Solis, Peter and Adamek THat would be a helluva division and very competitive, hell Big Holyfield may even fancy his chances mark leroy kilwinning

mark leroy kilwinning, it's wonderful to have you back, but I'm sorry to say you don't know **** about boxing.

Huck has no technique. He couldn't land a combo to save his life. Not doubting his heart but, let's be honest, he is ****.

Hate to be a killjoy but I took the view of;"How bad is Povetkin?"

  6. Huck isn't really THAT bad though, is he. Yes, he always, always looks terrible, but he's clearly doing something right.

Not a fan of Huck, but he suprised me today. Still, I would like to see him with 1-2 gatekeepers/b-levels at HW before making a judgement. It might just be that Povetkin, who generally does not have a great defense, totally underestimated Huck and for that was badly out of shape and general is a good match-up.

If his chin holds up at hw and as it seems that he has carried his power than he is at least a live dogg against anybody in top 10 not named Klitschko. I would rank him in the lower top 10. Also I guess tough pressure fighters like Chisora and Arreolla would be a tough match-up for him.

Huck gets unnecessary hatred and not enough respect for his accomplishments on this forum. It's getting old.

Huck was very good at pushing down with his left and throwing an overhand right.

@WarpedDesign You are so depressing and negative, to hell with watching the boxing with you, that was great fight and lures fans to the sport, give huck his due, he fought well, and to say Povetkin is a nobody shows your lack of Boxing knowledge, he has a stellar Amateur career and fought his way to a world title. Huck done well and I for one would tune in to watch him again.

@WarpedDesign probably preferred watching the Cleverly fight LOL

It was an inspiring and great performance by Hukic, he deserves all the respect in the world for that fight (and at least a draw in my eyes).

Mark Leroy Kilwinning, as much as I dearly value you as a poster, I must take exception to your assertion I said Povetkin was a 'nobody'.

    I didn't even mention him!

I know you are an up-and-coming star on ESB but don't get too big for your boots. Not yet, son. It takes more than a few flashy 'Mark Leroy Kilwinning' openings to become a legend around here.
