at first I was ok with it now it's just pissing me off, seriously over used term Not every close fight that doesn't go the way you want is a robbery Just a simple point that I needed to say Update Rios vs Abril - Robbery, I had it 117-111, best you could have it is 116-112 for Bam Bam
Bunch of ******s randomly shouting robbery whenever a fight is close ruins the image of boxing, Lara got Robbed, Chisora got robbed not ****ing huck
It's really insulting to the robberies like Helenius-Chisora, Campillo-Cloud, Lara-Williams, those fights are actual terrible robberies yet get overlooked.
Yep. (and there seems to be an awful lot of them on ESB.) Too much testosterone & rap music! - It's hard to concentrate on a fight when you're whacking off every 5 minutes, with Kanye West blaring in the background.
it gets passed around as much as shot bum glass jaw ducker cherry picker to me a robbery is a fight where 90 percent of fans think so if you interview 10 fans and 6 say 1 guy won and 4 other disagree no robbery because there is decent amounts of ppl disagreeing if 9 guys say a guy won and then the only 1 guy says the other guy won its probably a robbery if you cant argue a case for it its a robbery if its debatable than no
Perfect example. Campillo-Cloud was NOT A ROBBERY. Campillo by 2 points, sure. It's 2 ****ing points, plus there were several close rounds (even if they were decisive to people like us on ESB who watch tons of fights every single Friday and Saturday).
A clear win for Campillo. Just because the fight is with in two points or so, dosen't make it close. Campillo was the clear winner and any other decision is bull****. 114-112 was the lowest you could have it. IMO the score should have been wider. Same way with Matthysse-Alexander. Close fight, but clear win for mattysse.
