Boxnation presenters are a bunch of sycophants and 'yes' men.

I used to get pissed off at folk moaning about boxnation on here- we all wanted a channel dedicated to boxing, but when we got one folk started bitching.
I've stuck up for Bunce as well and don't like it when people come on here and try to validate their shitty lives by slagging him and enticing him into replying to one of their threads about him,

But tonight was an utter joke and nobody had the balls to say so. Even Sky who are notorious for treating their viewers as absolute idiots would have called that what it was. John Rawlings never even hinted that it was dross in his crawling interview with his boss.

I used to think Buncey would call it as he seen it- but he obviously wont risk his position- fair enough he has to pay the bills, but I think when Boxnation goes belly up and it all ends in tears and acrimony he will regret his toeing of the party line as he has seems to be a man of principle.

 

Bunce is a joke at times, pisses me off because he knows his stuff.

 

I know. Pissed me off last week when he was slateing the Klits as if they didn't want to fight a live opponent- yet he was slaging them to suck up to David Haye- who Wlad has already fought. He was being deliberately stupid or trying to mislead the viewers.

 

It was embarrasing, joke team of presenters. It was utter **** and not one had the balls to say it. Come back SKY all is forgiven

There was nothing wrong with tonight's coverage.

 

Do you not think that some questions should have been raised about the complete lack of competetivness?

It's embarrassing but hardly surprising.

Their job isn't to tell it how it is, it's to market the channel and build up a customer base, whilst making money.

Getting in genuine opponents that are capable of beating the likes of Cleverly clearly isn't part of that plan.

It was a shite opponent, a shite performance from Cleverly and even more shite by the commentators trying to defend it.

Would have been better with a Bobby Gunn type opponent, at least you can try and say ''devastating punching power''. With this, there was hardly any slick skills, just Clev following a clown around the ring, throwing the odd punch here or there and labouring like ****.

Can't believe some people seriously think he's in with a chance against Froch. It would be one-sided and savage.

 

Bunce has lost all credibility with his refusal to be honest and up front when confronted with the fighters involved.His bawbag sucking of Haye last weekend was ****ing shocking and the shite he was driveling cringeworthy.He thinks if he shouts and gets excited then that is suffice,but its not.Only the ****wits get Bunce now.

 

The first half of the Liam Smith fight was great because I didn't have to listen to that idiot Rawling. Paul Smith has potential though as a commentator. Bunce of setanta was dynamite as he called it as he seen it but as some have said, he has bills to pay....

 

I hear nothing wrong tonight, with the exception of Jakie Chan.
But to be fair I haven't watched the whole gala and stopped watching Cleverly in round 2.

 

As a BN subscriber I treated the Huck v Povektin fight as the main event and really enjoyed it. Had zero interest in Clev. Was glad to see Gavin back though.
