    Alexander is backing away from Maidana's ineffective aggression, throwing counter left uppercuts and landing flush, and then grabbing Maidana when he gets close. Smoger is getting in there quickly enough. Maidana is throwing wild rights coming forward and slashing with left hooks to the body. Alexander is grabbing him and muscling him around the ring, placing him in a corner and strangling him. Right hook to the body by Alexander after backing off across the ring and lying in wait.     just as I a red light I want to mention that Alexander still has his repetitive offense but Maidana is to bad defensively to adapt to it. He is looking very good but a good defensive fighter will always give him problems
