Depressing watching Huck/Povetkin

Don't get me wrong, it was cracking fight.

BUT

I couldn't help but think of British heavyweights during the fight and especially David Haye. He would destroy both, easily, and I mean easily. As a British boxing fan it's a real shame he has said he will fight nobody but a Klitschko.

Huck/Povetkin did little more than Ruiz did v Haye.

I'd also fancy Chisora and Price to beat both and possibly even Fury. Haye beats them easy though. **** sake David, stop the Las Vegas chips and do what you do best.

 

haye needs to man up and get busy.

When has Haye destroyed anyone easily at heavy? Were they that bad?

Yeah bad one - how was the Povetkin/Huck fight anyway? Entertaining?

 

It was a fun fight for the most part, not a technical masterclass by either man, mind.

I had it level, if Huck had spent less time leaning on Povetkin's neck and more on throwing the right hand I'm certain he'd have got the stoppage.

 

I thought that fight was highly entertaining & scored it a draw.

I've always liked Huck & he went up in my estimation last night.

 

Not seen this fight yet. I was tipping a Huck upset, and by the sounds of it he done ok

 

Its well worth a watch, the 4th,7th & 12th are especially good.
