    Manny was accused,asked to take tests to prove his innocence and refused.In any other walk of life,you would get slated for this but not the honest congressman,who has a kid with a hooker.Manny has always been a shady **** but somehow he is still getting a free pass.......****ing mental!

    It would be a legitimate question to ask Arum (no point asking Manny himself as his programmed response is, "Talk to my promoter, Bob Arum") why doesn't Pacquiao submit to OSDT as part of testing for the Bradley fight and prove to the boxing world that Mayweather's aspersions are baseless and spurious?

    I'm not a fan of Pacquiao, but I have never heard of this?:huh I don't think he is that low...

    You are right about the drug testing-Pac gets a free pass-IF IT WAS THE OTHER WAY AROUND, AND FLOYD WAS REFUSING THE TESTS, THEY'D BE ALL UP IN HIS BUSINESS.:good

    Unfortunately Pacquiao is not in charge of what he does, and Bob Arum himself has stated numerous times that even with 50/50 the fight wasn't gonna happen on May the 5th
