Ward and Froch are. Negotiations appear to be slow & complicated to say the least.

I'm hoping the NHL Trade Deadline, considering Bute's fanbase in QC is mostly composed of hockey fans (!!), was what prevented Bédard from speaking up after his meeting with Showtime execs (S. Espinoza, Ken Hershman's replacement) today. Larouche seems to know something about "tomorrow" that we don't... sure it's Bute's birthday tomorrow, but there might be more to it. Fingers crossed, almost crushing my own meta-carps.

    :p

The meta-carp thing was a metaphor. It means I'm standing down on the molotov's, hoping the riot for Bute-Stevenson doesn't happen. :yep

They just can't let us down, after 7 years of following Bute's career, and all the anticipation of proving «who the man» is now coming soon. I'm shure you will put that gas in the rocket car you drive...still the best use for that juice!!:D

That would make me very happy to see if i'm wrong, but Dirrell is not a great option for Showtime right now. I want to see Bute Dirrell, but for the next fight, only Ward or Froch would do it for me.

Interbox allowed Diaconu to fight Dawson on the Pascal-Hopkins II undercard, while knowing that GYM would only allow that to happen if they'd get rights over Diaconu's future fights from then on...

Hope that answers your question. :good

Fight Bute, Ward. That would obviously be the best fight, but this is boxing.

Seriously I just wish Carl would agree, and they can go ahead it get it over with in England.

I think Showtime was alright with the idea, but up to now, it seemed like the main obstacle to stage a Bute-Dirrell fight was Dirrell's reluctance to fight in Montreal...

In Dirrell's case, he should take the shot at the belt and go where the money is. That's why it could only be in Montreal, for the money !!!

You're full of ****. He declined a fight in Montreal and the fight makes no sense in Detroit. :patsch
