How many fights does Froch have left in him?

    He could go on forever and end up like what Robin Reid is like now but how many fights has he realistically got left in him at the top level? 3-5 fights maybe???

    Bute @ 168
    Kessler @ 168
    Cleverly @ 175
    Pascal @ 175

    They are 4 good fights but has he got it in him at the age of 34 to keep taking on the top guys for the next couple of years????

    ward rematch, kessler rematch ,pascal rematch **** clev froch can do to clev what calzaghe did to him, at least six fights left imo

    I can't see him having many left (and still competing with the best). He is 34 and has had lots of hard fights. Would not be surprised if he only had two fights before retiring.

    lets be honest froch is overrated anyway i mean hes hailed as ourt best boxer but lets be honest the pascal fight could have gone either way he was clearly losing to a jermaine taylor in severe decline before getting a gift from god and stopping him with seconds left he robbed dirrell with a hometown desicion,he was beaten by Kessler then claimed to be the best in the world after wins over arthur abraham whos been shocking at super-middle and glen johnson whos 43 and coming down in weight and that was only on a majority then he gets exsposed and beaten up by ward! so is he as good as everyone thinks he is?

    and this was a guy who was gloating about hatton getting stopped by pac man and claiming he was the only british boxer worth watching now.

    2-3 big fights then call it a day. Kessler rematch, Bute & then a rematch with Pascal or perhaps Groves or DeGale

    he might beat kessler now and the pascal fight would be at 175 and if he goes up to light heavy he will have to fight clev for sure.

    He went to war with Jean Pascal and won unanimously. Even Pascal didn't complain at the decision. He recovered from a poor start to apply great pressure to Jermain Taylor and ended with a highlight reel finish. Competed with a very awkward Andre Dirrell and away from home to Mikkel Kessler. Completely dominated Arthur Abraham for the full 12 rounds. Beat Glen Johnson quite comfortably then again competed the world #1 Andre Ward, probably winning the last few rounds of the fight.

    Apologies if there are too many full stops in my paragraph.

    i think he was exsposed againts dirrell taylor and ward in my opinion whilst kessler beat him easily at his own game.

    Carl is in fine condition and shape (no manilow), we don't even need to be asking this question yet. He's simply been beaten by fighters that are better than him and or have a styles advantage.

    He can fight for a while, it's all good.

    It all depends on how many he wins. I think Froch will cary on until he loses twice in a row or another decisive loss.

    the only fights that are interesting to the public though are Bute and Clev or mayeb a rematch with Ward although i cant see that happening anytime soon.
