    The punching power in this one would be less than stellar. Definitely going to points. I agree it would be interesting to see who could outgrind the other Calzaghe would definitely throw more slaps but Ward's filthy grinding on the inside would be effective as well.
    Aesthetically pleasing this would not be!

    Indeed! Joe would clean out this division. The man certainly knows his boxing, and is a joy to listen to.

    How do you see a fight between Joe and Ward playing out? Do you think Joe's relentless activity, and use of angles would be enough to throw Ward off and win a decision? Ward has never faced a fighter like Joe, and would be up against it here in my opinion.

    It took Joe eleven years to unify a shockingly bad division what make you say he would clean out this one?

    Could you imagine Calzaghe, Bute and Ward negotiating for home advantage!! **** me it would go on for years.
