Yes, as it's blatantly obvious you don't have the will power to maintain it, you will eventually fall into a sports centre style forum user who will regurgitate a few health tips on this forum, but look fat, sluggish and ****, like you already do.:patsch:lol::-:)verysad

I don't have the will power to continue going to the gym? Then why have I not quit yet? Why am I still doing it, even after I've had 3 knee surgeries the past 3 years and will almost certainly be crippled in a few years due to my osteoarthritis? You can talk all the **** you want, but I don't quit what I start, no matter what.

I've been through far far far worse than that my friend but i don't need to mention it in a forum, strong are the ones who keep a smile on their face after all they go through not waste valuable inside a forum and not trying to gather any information, you shouldn't be here sitting your fat ass on your chair. You should be out there in the gym training and trying out new challenges, now. **** off.

Very very well written ori, just wanted to add this also in between your post. We all hit the pads the same, hit bag the same, skiprope the same etc. but we all perform differently under the lights.. Its a whole new game out there. If im not mistaken Floyd said that ..

Laugh all you want, injuries happen. You may think it can never happen to you, as I once did, but no one is infallible. As for injections, I had a cartilage injection (forgot exactly what is was, but it wasn't cortisone).

Also, I don't take pictures in the gym...I, you know, workout at the gym.

Holy crap, I've gone through this a thousand times already...I acknowledge that I'm just a garbage beginner who knows next to nothing about boxing, and I never have, nor ever will, claim I am already great. I'm simply saying I WANT to be. Who DOESN'T want to be great? Also, even with treatment, osteoarthritis will eventually catch up to you. Obviously, it's not bad now, as I was just diagnosed in like December, but my surgeon said it's bad enough that I should stop playing sports if I want to, well, walk when I'm older.

What a load of bs, you didn't answer the surgery question, they automatically suggest cortisone as a pain relief, and surgery for Osteo is pretty useless unless it's knee replacement or arthroscopic surgery and that wouldn't happen anywhere near you age. Also Osteo is more of a genetic thing, though obesity can cause it, and after seeing your pics, that isn't ruled out.

I have pics in the gym, you don't... you are out of shape, I am not, explain?
If you had Osteo, noway could you skip, job or even do the footwork needed, so you're full of ****.
