    Df,
There is no answer to your comeback.
Sky's coverage is terrific now, but it will not be easy to forget the 20 years of lies.
I think that BoxNation is being judged harshly.
    Adios.

McGuigan is ok now but when he was on ITV during the Amir Khan early years he insulted viewers intelligence on a regular basis talking up shite opponents.

And Sky are not much better, Sky try to pretend that the only fights that are happening are the ones that they are showing.

To be fair to Bunce, Boxnation is a new station and is getting better. If you don't like it, don't subscribe.

Boxnation deserve credit for arranging Saturdays show around the fight in Germany so they could show everything live.

In defence of Sky and BoxNation...it is NOT the broadcaster's job to make big domestic fights happen. The Board need more power and promoters HAVE to help.

    Adios.

And Saturday night was a cracking night's entertainment for a boxing fan, and we have all spent a lot of time since talking about it all, so it obviously got us all talking. I only subscribed the day before the Chisora fight and have already had an easy £10 worth of value.

And people might knock Karpency as an opponent, but everyone has softer opponents, some of Hatton and Calzaghe's defences weren't that great, as long as the camp seem serious about the unification fight this year then it's all good. If he's going to have a fight I'd rather we got to see it on television than not at all as we can't all get to bills live too often.

Was disappointed with bunce when he seemed to make out that Vlad didn't want to fight potvekin. I may have misinterpreted his words because the whole of boxing knows, potvekin wants precisely 0% to do with Vlad and is guilty of one of the worse ducks in recent times

"I thought it was hilarious during this interview, when Steve Bunce kept winking at Frank ******. hahahaha like some Italian Mobster wiseguy"..........at the 55second mark in this video below, he does it afew other times aswell, when he makes a good game changing debate point.

In fairness, the hardcore Boxing fans have been champing at the bit for a dedicated Boxing channel for years.

Is it wrong of us to expect a little more?

We are not stupid, Enzo v Clev will be a big deal in Wales, and no doubt the build up would be fun. But over Cloud? No chance.

You can be critical yet impartial at the same time. Barry McGugian always manages to be critical but respectfully.

Someone said earlier that BoxNation felt like Korean state run TV. I have to agree. My Sky bill is into 3 figures a month now.

Im a consumer, and as good as the boxing hour might be, i want to see quality boxing. The Cleverly fight at the weekend was one of the worst fights ive seen in recent years.

    Lefthook,
    You heard it wrong.
There are still people posting on this thread under a cloud of amnesia with regard to SKY's boxing coverage and some of their people. It's delusional, get real.

    Adios.

In defense of Sky anyway, we all know Boxnation is Fwanks private channel, so **** fights can definitely be laid at Boxnations door as them and Fwank are one and the same. Like you said promoters HAVE to help, have a word with the boss Bunce.
