Who will rule at Welterweight when the big two have retired?

    Who knows what might happen, either one of these guys could end up on top but its a way less impressive list than it was in 06 swith floyd,williams,margarito,cotto,mosley.
    Back then nobody would have thought pac would be a top welter 3 years later, crazy things happen, for all we know it will be a guy coming from below again, although its unlikely.
    Or there wont be a true king and they mostly beat each other.

    Surprised to hear people are naive enough to say because Kell hasn't fought anyone decent yet it means he has no chance of reigning lol? He's just getting warmed up! If the American fighters and Khan don't duck him- which is a possibilty you will all see :)

    Nobody will truly rule the division. None of them are great or even very good welterweights. I expect good fights and matchups with titles changing hands pretty often. Nothing wrong with that.

    Winner of Ortiz v Berto 2 is the best bet but I see them both as beatable. The division is very very competitive without the top two.
