It is very unpleasant to have to remind you the input you were already given on this thread. In the Bute-Magee fight, Bute got $ 1.2M and Magee $ 0.2M (gross): that makes a total available amount of 1.2 + 0.2 = 1.4M after deducing expenses for IBF, for the Bell Centre and other "administrative" fees. In your maths you assume an unrealistic average $100 for a fully occupied Bell Centre (I think laffie could provide us a better insight for the tickets average price expressed in USD) and you conveniently "forget" about a bunch of expenses you have never faced since you never had to organize a boxing event. Meanwhile, you could still answer these simple questions:
1. How much (gross) available money do you think could have been generated by a Bute-Froch match in Canada without Showtime? [i.e. after deducing all external expenses]
2. How much Froch should have been offered (gross) for you not considering it lowballing?
