None are "ruling" material. They are "have a title" material, though.

Berto - Think he will lose to Ortiz again and will end up vacating the division.
Ortiz - Not really skillful enough to rule a division, will pick up a few decent wins and a few losses along the way, fair chance he grows into the 154lb division in the not so distant future.
Bradley - As long as Pacquiao doesnt beat him down too bad he has a fair chance, his lack of height may be a problem against guys like Jones, Brook and Khan, but it not without reasonable doubt that he could beat all three comfortably.
Alexander - Like Ortiz i see him picking up a few decent wins along with some more dodgy gifts if Don King remains his promoter, hasnt quite got that catalyst yet that brings his many talents to fruition and so will remain so very talented yet so very fustrating.
Khan - Talented but flawed is probably the best way to describe him, however he's a money making machine and has the backing of Goldenboy promotions, difficult to outpoint or dislodge due to his heart, speed and jab. His exciting style will likely see him win close fights anywhere outside Washington (had Peterson winning anyhow). An outside chance of being topdog in a few years time.
Brook - Too early to tell in all fairness, seems to have a lot going for him at this point in time, piercing Jab, speed, power, maturity and a solid defence. Looking forward to seeing how his career develops but at this point he has not done enough to really warrant a place on this list.
Guerrero - Cannot see it, solid fighter but his best win thus far has been at lightweight against the explosive but one dimensional Katsidis, looks impressive but i can see him being bullied at 147lbs.
Mike Jones - Like Brook it is probably too early to tell, not seen to much of this guy apart from the silly 100 punch combo he tried against Soto. Another guy i look forward to seeing more of in the future.

    Berto- Nowhere
Ortiz- 154 He wont dominate but will have some good ups/downs
Bradley- He gone fight the guaneese turtle, then margarito, then gamboa
    Alexander- Getting trashed by Ortiz
    Brook- Dominating Division
    Guerrero- The stepping stone
Mike Jones- Will fade into obscurity after being beaten like a house wife by __________

Tough. I do know it will be much more exciting though. Ill say Bradley for now. Hes fought a wide array of styles and has come out on top every time. Id like to say Guerrero but he hasnt fought any 140-147lbers yet.

And what makes you think he will

I dont think Guerrero will get bullied by anyone tbh.

You got it wrong about alot of those fighters ^ Especially Special K

If you read my post properly i do concede that despite Brook's inexperience he does have a lot of thing going for him that could help him realise his potential.

What has Guerrero shown that makes you say "yes that fighter has what it takes to beat fully fledged, world class fighters at 147lbs". Guerrero needs to actually beat a world class fighter at 135lbs, 140lbs etc before you can even consider him a major player in a few years at welterweight.

If you can do a better list then go ahead be my guest, dont trash my overview without coming up with your own counter list, it makes your arguement look weak.:D

I bet you if Timmy beats Pac, everyone will vote him. Seriously, would anyone be shocked if he beat Pac? I wouldn't. I won't expect it but i won't be shocked given his skill level, heart and talent.
