Ok folks.. The million dollar question. What's more entertaining? Floyd's 24/7's or his actual fights? Me personally, I look forward to his 24/7's.. His fights are usually boring and predictable. Although Floyd does show skill in the ring.. He's very boring and he rarely gives the fans an enjoyable fight. floyd's opponents usually are the ones who make the fight exciting, but I personally enjoy seeing his skills as a boxing fan. 24/7 is a great show, especially when floyd is featured, and it's exciting for different reasons than the fight.
Thats your opinion.. I respect that. Keep in mind, Floyd is very predictable during his bouts.. everyone expects him to win by UD. When he's on 24/7, he's unpredictable... I tune in because I have no idea what he's going to do next! :yep
If you like art, go to an art gallery! I think Floyds PPV's should be 29.95 $! The entertainment value is just not present! I know he's effective but he's soo "Yawn"! :verysad
His fans obviously like his fights, they wouldn't be his fans if they didnt enjoy his style of fighting. If you enjoy tactical boxing, then they are the most exciting.
Im a hardcore boxing fan and I order every PPV... I just feel cheated when I order a Floyd Mayweather PPV.. Im sorry, I just do! :think I know he's good, I know he's effective... I know he's a pure boxer! Some of his fights just ****ing suck! It's the truth.
In my own opinion, the only boring floyd fights were De la Hoya and Zab, everything else was pretty exciting, if you want to see a boring fight, watch jimmy ellis vs jerry quarry.
I ordered Dawson-Hopkins.. What does that tell you? It says I order every PPV! Of course I will Order the Cotto-Mayweather PPV... It's a HUGE event! I want to see all the fights on the card, I want to either go to the theatre with some friends or have a fight party! I wanna get drunk and **** with Floyd fans... It's going to be a fun event! Im not going to watch just to see Floyd win a UD!
Mosley-Mayweather was so dayuuum boring.. 2 of my friends ended up getting into a fight during the 9th round of the PPV bout!
The 24/7's are lame. Floyd looks like (and actually is) an insecure child with self esteem issues . The fights on the other hand are top class. He's an amazing boxer and I look forward to the fights every time.
Floyd, sadly, lacks genuine wit. Him talking about his 'big boy mansion' and singing off the cuff songs with no punchline aren't enough to make me like his 24/7s. I watch them, of course, but I don't get invested in the irritating drama with his family or dwell on the uncomfortable closeness between him and 50. He's just not funny, and I don't mean he's offensive, I mean he doesn't have good timing and isn't particularly clever. But that's okay, most people aren't that funny, and watching him fight is pretty amazing at times.
