This fight has nothing to do with JMM.

Its Bradley and his strengths that makes this a hard fight for Pacquiao. Pacquiao's last 2 fights are just important as they showed that Pacquiao can be beaten easily and he has flaws which were exposed by the style of a fighter and not by the dubious claims that he is 'declining'.

I don't expect pac to KO margarito his chin is rock solid and he's the much bigger man. It takes a lot for him to go down.

Shane has skills he can adapt and adjust and tie you up, yes he is over the hill boarder line shot but he has a fantastic chin and there was never gone a be a KO from pac. Mosley went in to survival mode vs floyd and lasted and he did the same vs pac and pac had no answer for mosley's survival mode. Mosley moved around him well and pac being the offensive fighter was meant to have his way with an opponent who isn't hitting back and has a huge blister on his foot but still mosley managed to do the necessary footwork needed to keep out of danger which is to circle around pac and keep him off balance so he can't generate power because he's constantly ad******g his feet and mosley wanted that because he was fearful of his power. Watching marquez do the same but throwing punches and making pac miss with his punches and get countered with a right hand constantly all fight and keeping pac's work rate low with good movement which kept pac ad******g his feet and stopped him getting off the mark and throwing those big combos. It was a footwork fight vs marquez for pac and positing was everything and marquez was wining it.

Bradley was very good footwork which is why i do pick him for the upset and i have watched him for a long time and his technical boxing skills are much better than i think the common fan realizes. He can time fast opponents as he showed vs peterson who he timed beautifully all fight. He has his own awkward angles just like pac does and he adjusts very well which is something we know pac struggles to do.

I just don't know how Arum/Roach ended up signing Bradley.

Its a stylistic nightmare on paper, for Pacquiao.

Bradley is a good fighter...and he could cause some issues for PAC but there's a greater chance we see PAC dominate Tim from pillar to post. I'm only throwing out there a valid scenario that you have to take into consideration. Otherwise I'm asking the question... "What if PAC completely dominates Tim?"..:think Will there be excuses on the end of those who are breathing life into the idea that Tim could upset Manny... or cause him many problems?

I know the answer but I still want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. And JMM always gives PAC problems..... Shane didn't give PAC problems... he RAN to save his ass from a humiliating KO at the hands of PAC. Every fighter has a style that causes them issues. JMM has that style that presents problems for PAC and vise versa.

I don't think Manny beating Tim pillar to post is a valid scenario, it could happen, just like Tim could KO Manny with one punch at the start of the fight, both not likely.

Shane was never going to be KO'd simply because he had it in his mind that he was going to survive.....and the fact that Naz wouldn't let him quit. But Shane is a great fighter and a very crafty vet with a lot of experience. If a guy like that has it in his mind that he is going 12 rounds....there's little anyone can do when that guy gets to the point of being in "survival mode".

Actually....Shane didn't really go into survival mode with Floyd... He was still riding that wave from Round 2 where he almost got Floyd out of there. He was still trying.....with PAC... he stopped trying after he got KD. And Shane was running away from Manny where he was staying in the pocket with Floyd.

You give Shane far too much credit for his dismal performance and embarrassing between round "back and forth" with him and Naz where we heard Shane Mosley begging to quit. I love Shane but I give him NO credit for his running and surviving against PAC.

JMM did a wonderful job against PAC the 3rd time around. I thought he etched out a "W" but it was a VERY close fight. PAC landed more, was the aggressor but I think JMM landed the cleaner shots and controlled the pace of the fight which normally PAC does.

That was a fight which was "QUANTITY vs QUALITY".... In boxing a lot of times judges do side with the guy who is pressing the action and landing more punches versus the guy who is more accurate but less busy.

Tim is a very sound fighter...technically he's solid and he's a consummate professional. He's not all that ultra talented but his will, hard work and dedication to his training make him a difficult guy for many to over come.

With all that said.....he's gonna be in for rough night with PAC. I 100% give Tim credit for be a legit opponent for Manny. But I don't give him much of a chance to be completely honest.

What if PAC does dominate Tim....what will you say then? Will it be that you over estimating Tim? That PAC is still just a flawed fighter who had the right body in front of him? Or will you give PAC credit?

I like Bradley, and as I've said many times he's one of the few guys I genuinely respect, that being said there's nothing about his style, physical gifts, etc that would lead me to believe he beats Manny. I think Manny is faster, he's more powerful, he has more experience on this stage, I think he's just all around a better fighter than Bradley, but I hope you're right...time will tell.

If pacquiao beats Tim i with give him his deserved credit and in my opinion it will be his best win since moving to WW.

Your right about shane but i take credit off pac for not being able to put a beating on a old, slowed down fighter who wanted to quit. I expect much more from him and i give that credit to mosley's footwork and defense.

Marquez won in my opinion and as you said it was a quantity vs quality kind of fight. I agree with everything you said on marquez.

Aside from speed and power, what does manny have that makes him a better fighter than Timothy?

Tim has the better footwork, better defense, more varied offense, has shown the ability to adapt in fight, definitly has the higher boxing IQ, gives better angles, and is more disciplined.

Are you saying all that is negated simply by Manny's speed and power?

Even if Bradley does enough to win he will NOT get the decision.

Oh strange...a guy named Floyd GOAT predicts Pacquiao to lose...(more wishful thinking than actual objective thoughts)

That being said, I think PAcquiao will win a very very competitive fight.

WOuldn't be surprised that much if Bradley pulls the upset.
