I think that Floyd would beat Pac if they ever fight...
but damn is Mayweather delusional or just plain in denial, he almost sound like a crooked politician trying to cover his ass.....and its obvious that he is so wrong yet he tries to convince himself that he is correct

Floyds just being honest. Put yourself in his place, why take unwarranted risks when you can make easier fights for millions aswell. You can look at that as being smart.

Bowe avoided Lewis like a plague and I dont remember him getting criticized as much as Floyd.

Sometimes you need to pick your battles. Floyds not in it for legacy, hes in it for the finance.

Yup its Floyd decision. Are you ok with Manny turning down the most money he ever made so you cant see the fight?

diluded. If floyd knew he'd win. He would have accepted 55%. Earned over 80 million. And then been worth evem more money in who ever he fights next.

Sorry dude, but floyd does not know he'd win the fight.

When mosley got to the top of the sport he coud have coasted and took on easy fights. He fought the likes or Vernon Forrest and Winky Wright. Suicidal moves from business/risk point of view.

Right, the educated boxing public gets it right all the time, like Foreman-Ali, like Jones-Tarver, like Mosley-DLH, like Schmeling-Louis... all right on the money. I mean, they shouldn't have even bothered to have those fights, it was pretty clear who was going to win anyways, right?

That fine, but don't architect an entire steroids excuse around it to slander your opponent when in fact that had nothing to do with it.

    Which is al fine.

But its just the way he chooses to do that , combined with convincing the world he'd beat manny anyway and tries to discredit him.
Then all his fans trolling the boards about how Floyd beats manny.

Bowe avoided Lewis and it was regarded he would lose to lewis.

Peopl are trying to claim Mayweather is ducking someone he would also beat easilly! :nut

I will always say Floyd is wrong for not taking 50/50.

Pacquiao is an inferior fighter. He did lose to Marquez. He was massively overrated as a fighter. Should have 5 losses on his record. Got beat by a past it weight drained Morales and a lightweight Marquez.

So I totally understand where Floyd is coming from. Floyd didnt get 50/50 vs Oscar. Mosley nor Cotto got or are getting 50/50. And Pacquiao in Floyd eyes is inferior.

But this is the fight boxing needs and boxing fans want to see. Aswell as Arum and Pacquiao doing everything they can to stay away from Floyd. This is just a roadblock they will not give into.

However I will like to see what turn this all takes when Cotto and Mayweather dominate Bradley and Pacquiao at the box office, and given I think Pacquiao will look bad and could very well lose, there might be a chance they take less then 50/50 if Arum realizes he has to cash out on Pacquiao as soon as possible.

But yeah even though rightfully Floyd believes Pac doesnt deserve 50/50 being the lesser fighter, he should do what it takes to push this fight through.

So you are ok with this fight not happening because Manny wont take the offer on the table that will give him the most money he has ever earned? But not the other way around when it comes to Floyd?
